Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 August 2026
Effective date: 6 August 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using Twinfeed.

Twinfeed publishes content in your name, on your social media accounts, automatically. Section 6 (Your authorisation to publish) and Section 10 (AI-generated content) explain what that means and what you are responsible for. They matter more than the rest.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using Twinfeed on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

1. Who we are

Twinfeed ("Twinfeed", "we", "us") is operated by David Dominguez, a sole trader established at Cra 12 # 116-23, Bogotá D.C., Colombia.

Contact: david@usecloser.ai

2. Definitions

Account — your registered user account for the Service.

Connected Account — a social media account (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok or another supported platform) you authorise Twinfeed to access and publish to.

Digital Twin — the profile our systems build from your Brand Inputs, used to generate content in your voice.

Brand Inputs — everything you provide about yourself or your brand: positioning, voice, story, topics, exclusions, writing samples, visual style, uploads and instructions.

Generated Content — captions, images, video and other media the Service produces from your Brand Inputs.

Your Content — Brand Inputs and Generated Content together, plus anything else you upload, create or schedule through the Service.

Platform — a third-party social network you connect.

Service — the Twinfeed website, web application, APIs and integrations.

Subscription — a paid plan for the Service.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter a contract.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your Account. Tell us immediately at david@usecloser.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not share your Account. One Account is for one person or one brand, unless you are on a plan that expressly provides for multiple users.

4. What the Service does

Twinfeed:

  1. collects your Brand Inputs and builds a Digital Twin from them;
  2. generates post captions and media in your voice and visual style;
  3. lets you review, edit, approve, schedule and organise those posts; and
  4. publishes them to your Connected Accounts according to the schedule you define, including automatically, without further review, if you enable autopilot.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused fees.

5. Free plans and beta features

We offer a free tier. Free plans are provided as is, carry no service level commitment, and may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.

Features marked beta, preview or experimental may be unstable, may change without notice, and may be removed. Do not rely on them for anything important.

6. Your authorisation to publish

This is the heart of the Service, so it is spelled out precisely.

6.1 You appoint us. By connecting an Account and scheduling content, you authorise Twinfeed to access that Connected Account and to create, publish, schedule and delete posts on it on your behalf and in your name, within the permissions you granted. This authorisation is limited to operating the Service for you.

6.2 Autopilot is your instruction. If you enable automatic publishing, you are instructing us to publish Generated Content without your prior review of each post. You accept that content will go out in your name that you have not read first. If you are not comfortable with that, use approval mode, which requires you to approve every post before it publishes.

6.3 You remain the author, publicly and legally. Everything published to your Connected Accounts is attributed to you, and as between you and us, you are responsible for it — its accuracy, its legality, and its consequences for your reputation, your employer, your clients and any third party.

6.4 You can stop it at any time. You can pause a schedule, cancel or edit an individual scheduled post before it publishes, disable autopilot, disconnect a Connected Account, or revoke our access from the Platform's own settings. Once a post has been published, we can attempt to delete it through the Platform's API, but we cannot guarantee removal, and we cannot undo screenshots, reposts, caches, notifications or archives.

6.5 Delivery is not guaranteed. Publishing depends on third-party Platform APIs. Posts may fail, be delayed, be rejected or be published out of order because of Platform outages, rate limits, policy enforcement, expired tokens or permission changes. We will surface failures to you where we can, but we do not guarantee that any specific post will be published at any specific time.

7. Your content and intellectual property

7.1 You own your inputs. You keep all rights in your Brand Inputs. We claim no ownership.

7.2 You own the outputs. As between you and us, we assign to you all rights we may have in the Generated Content produced for you, once any fees due for the relevant billing period are paid. You can use it commercially, publish it, and adapt it.

7.3 Honest limits on output ownership. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in some jurisdictions, and identical or similar output may be generated for other users from similar inputs. We therefore cannot and do not warrant that Generated Content is unique, original, or protectable, nor that it does not resemble the work of others.

7.4 The licence you give us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display, adapt and process Your Content, and to transmit it to the AI providers and Platforms described in our Privacy Policy — solely to operate, secure and provide the Service to you. It ends when you delete the content or your Account, subject to backup cycles and legal retention.

7.5 Service improvement. We may use de-identified and aggregated data derived from Your Content to improve the Service, as described in §6 of our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by emailing us.

7.6 Your warranty to us. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use your Brand Inputs, that they do not infringe anyone's rights, and that the persona you build is your own or one you are authorised to represent.

7.7 Our IP. We own the Service — software, models, prompts, templates, designs, trademarks and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service, and nothing more. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape or create derivative works from the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

7.8 Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • impersonate anyone. Build a Digital Twin of yourself, your own brand, or a brand you are authorised to represent — not of another real person without their documented consent;
  • publish unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive or infringing content;
  • publish content that is misleading about a material fact, including fabricated credentials, results, testimonials or endorsements;
  • run coordinated inauthentic behaviour: bot networks, engagement farming, artificial amplification, or bulk-managing accounts that are not yours;
  • spam, or publish at volumes or frequencies that breach a Platform's rules;
  • generate sexual content involving minors, content promoting self-harm, or content inciting violence;
  • circumvent our rate limits, security measures or usage quotas, or attempt to extract our prompts, models or source code;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own; or
  • breach the terms of any Platform (see §9).

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate your Account under §14. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will normally ask you to fix it first.

9. Third-party platforms

9.1 Their rules apply to you. Your use of each Connected Account remains governed by that Platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them, including any rules on automation, posting frequency, authenticity and — importantly — any obligation to disclose that content is AI-generated. Several Platforms require such labelling. Check the current rules for each Platform you use.

9.2 They can act against you. A Platform may rate-limit, restrict, suspend or terminate your account, or remove your content, for reasons within its sole discretion. We are not responsible for that, and it is not a failure of the Service.

9.3 They can change or break. Platforms change or withdraw their APIs, permissions and pricing without notice. If a Platform becomes unavailable to us, we may suspend or remove support for it. If that materially reduces what you paid for, §4 applies.

9.4 We are not affiliated with LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok or any other Platform, and they do not endorse Twinfeed.

10. AI-generated content — what we do and do not promise

10.1 Provided as is. Generated Content is produced by automated systems. It may be inaccurate, misleading, outdated, biased, nonsensical, or inappropriate for your audience. It may state things about you that are not true. It may misuse facts, figures, names or quotes.

10.2 Review it. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before it is published, and for the choice not to review it if you enable autopilot (§6.2). We strongly recommend approval mode for regulated, medical, legal, financial or otherwise sensitive subject matter.

10.3 No professional advice. Generated Content is not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice, and must not be presented as such.

10.4 No performance promises. We do not promise any level of reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, revenue or business outcome. Anyone who promises you that is selling something else.

10.5 Third-party models. We use third-party AI providers and may change them at any time to improve quality, cost or availability. Output will vary between providers and over time; the same prompt will not produce the same result twice.

11. Fees, payment and refunds

11.1 Plans. The Service is offered on a freemium basis: a free tier with limited functionality, and paid Subscriptions. Current features and prices are on our pricing page and form part of these Terms.

11.2 FastSpring is the merchant of record. Payments are processed by FastSpring, which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for Twinfeed. This means your purchase contract for the payment transaction is with FastSpring, FastSpring's terms and privacy policy apply to it, FastSpring handles billing, invoicing and applicable sales tax and VAT, and FastSpring's name may appear on your bank or card statement. These Terms continue to govern your use of the Service itself.

11.3 Billing and renewal. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout.

11.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Account settings or through FastSpring. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where §4 applies or where the law requires otherwise.

11.5 EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use the Service within that period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed; if you withdraw during performance, you may owe a proportionate amount for what you used. This does not affect your statutory rights where the Service is defective.

11.5b Colombian consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in Colombia, Article 47 of Ley 1480 de 2011 gives you 5 business days from the start of your Subscription to withdraw (derecho de retracto) from a distance sale, and we will refund you in full within 30 calendar days. This does not apply where you have expressly asked us to begin performing the Service immediately and it has been fully performed within that period.

11.6 Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before renewal.

11.7 Failed payment. If payment fails, we may suspend paid features after notifying you and allowing a reasonable period to fix it. Extended non-payment may lead to termination under §14.

11.8 Usage limits. Plans may include limits on generations, scheduled posts, connected accounts or storage. We will tell you when you are approaching a limit. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade.

12. Your data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we process it, including what we send to AI providers and Platforms. It forms part of these Terms.

If you are a business customer processing the personal data of others through the Service, contact us for a data processing agreement.

Backups are your responsibility too. We keep backups, but you should export anything you cannot afford to lose. We do not guarantee recovery of deleted content.

13. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only to perform these Terms, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This does not cover information that is public through no fault of the recipient, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.

14. Suspension and termination

14.1 By you. Cancel or delete your Account at any time from your settings.

14.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your Account if you materially breach these Terms (including §8), if we are required to by law or by a Platform, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the Service. Except where a serious breach or legal obligation requires immediate action, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem.

14.3 What happens then. Scheduled posts stop. Our access to your Connected Accounts ends. You may export Your Content for 30 days after termination, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 7, 10, 13, 15, 16, 17 and 19 survive termination.

14.4 Refunds on termination. If we terminate without cause under §14.2, we refund prepaid, unused fees pro rata. If we terminate for your breach, no refund is due.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure or available at any particular time, that Generated Content will be accurate, original or suitable, or that any post will be published successfully by a Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including, where you are a consumer, your statutory rights.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

16.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, reputation, opportunity or data, however caused.

16.2 We are not liable for: content published under autopilot that you chose not to review; action taken against you by a Platform; the accuracy or consequences of Generated Content; failures, delays or outages of third-party Platforms or AI providers; or reputational harm arising from content you are responsible for under §6.3.

16.3 Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

16.4 These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, nothing here limits your mandatory statutory rights, and we remain liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

17. Indemnity

If you are using the Service as a business, you will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or §8, your breach of a Platform's terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights. We will notify you of any such claim and give you reasonable control of the defence.

This section does not apply to consumers.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. If you do not accept the changes, cancel before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and the courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Colombian consumers keep all rights under Ley 1480 de 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor), including the legal warranty, and may bring a complaint before the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

EU and UK consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in, and do not currently participate in, alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.

Talk to us first. Before starting formal proceedings, email david@usecloser.ai and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most problems are misunderstandings.

20. General

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business, on notice to you.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including Platform or provider outages, internet failures, natural events, or acts of government.

Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision is replaced by the closest enforceable equivalent.

No waiver. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and our pricing page are the whole agreement between us about the Service, and replace any earlier drafts or statements.

Notices. We will contact you at the email address on your Account. Contact us at david@usecloser.ai.

Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience; the English version governs.
